Why Choose Us?

Your Needs, Our Priority

The leadership team at Care2Empower is from a teaching and counselling background and has lived experience of disability. Based on our experience of the Disability sector, we are well aware of the gaps in the system and fully understand that “one size doesn’t fit all!” Therefore, at Care2Empower, we consider and respect our participants as unique individuals rather than a number and tailor support, therapy and/or treatments after extensive consultation with our participants and their families and/or care givers. Being participant centric providers, we empower our participants to be part of the decision-making process so that they are in control of the choices they make.

Our Aim

Empowering Every Unique Journey

We aim to facilitate and empower participants by supporting them to develop knowledge, skills, and dispositions to design and lead their own futures by realising their full potential as participants in our care program and as future citizens and valuable members of our community.

How We Do it?

  • By implementation of best advice and evidence-based strategies to provide quality care, learning and wellbeing opportunities for all our participants.
  • By being open-minded and acknowledging and celebrating cultural differences.
  • Participant Focussed/Centered: Working with participants with disabilities and/or mental health issues, gender diverse and participants from multicultural backgrounds we believe, it is crucial to identify, acknowledge, value, and celebrate their differences and what they bring by cultivating trust relationships and providing them with a safe, inclusive environment where they feel thoroughly supported and in control.
  • Incorporating cultural perspectives, life skills along with embedding emotional literacy.

What we aim to

achieve ?

Participants and their families to be involved, engage, develop resilience and confidence, and be empowered. As providers we acknowledge and value individual and independent thinking and love to demonstrate and work around alternate ways of thinking, engaging, and participating.
